Wrestlers whose WWE contracts expire are not bound the the non-compete clauses given to wrestlers whose contracts are prematurely terminated. Notably, if Gargano's WWE contract does, in fact, expire tonight, he would be able to wrestle for another promotion straight away (should he choose to do so).
